This world is La Nuit Reverse, the new project conceived and created for the design week by Molteni Vernici in collaboration with Unpizzo.
La Nuit Reverse is the experience that every design enthusiast has always dreamed of: a real immersion in an atmosphere of elegance and refinement, where every detail has been taken care of with passion and precision. The project dialogues and moves with the environment, the mood, the emotion and the warmth of what surrounds it, combining craftsmanship, the tradition of Cantù lace, famous all over the world for its beauty and craftsmanship, to the creativity, technology and eccentricity signed by Molteni Vernici.
The goal of this project is to bring the excellence of Cantù's craftsmanship, tradition, mastery and technology to everyone's eyes, changing the concept of craftsmanship from an old thing to a unique thing, clearing the concept of industrial product through customs where the only difference is the cost and not the uniqueness, originality and beauty.
La Nuit Reverse is a table set with a total noir matt mise en place, where the handmade doilies with the ancient Cantù lace technique and all the elements become the focal point of the setting. It is a dynamic "live" installation, capable of involving and interacting with the public. The project was in fact created in order to interact with the surrounding environment and people, thanks to a "Reverse" effect made possible by the new technological paint produced by Molteni Vernici, which reacts to contact with the hands or any part of the body, or to the change in temperature of the environment or to simple radiation from a natural or artificial heat source.
The entire table, elegantly set for a party and all the elements connected to it, such as doilies, tablecloths, cutlery and glasses, interact with the surrounding environment and change color, showing their true nature under the skin. The technology used in this project is unique and has been studied with the aim of proposing a new design concept to the public which becomes an integral part of the Design itself.
The result of this collaboration between Molteni Vernici and UnPizzo is La Nuit Reverse, a fluid, dynamic and innovative project that adapts perfectly to the surrounding environment, thanks to the colors and shades in continuous movement and synergy with what surrounds it. An unforgettable experience that combines tradition and elegance.
