Developed by the Molteni Vernici Research and Development Center, WP.NEVER EFFECT® BRUSHED reproduces the authentic aesthetic of brushed galvanic metals without resorting to traditional galvanization processes. The 100% water-based formulation creates a completely opaque, uniform surface free from the typical speckling of conventional metallics, enhancing the natural direction of the brushing and imparting a refined satin metallic effect.

Applicable by both pneumatic and electrostatic spray, WP.NEVER EFFECT® BRUSHED integrates perfectly into industrial production processes and on-site applications, also allowing for touch-ups and repairs directly on site. The system adheres directly to most metals (excluding stainless steel) and, using the appropriate Molteni Vernici ceramic primers, can also be applied to plastics, wood, MDF, and composite materials.

WP.NEVER EFFECT® BRUSHED can be used both indoors and outdoors with specific application cycles. It offers high performance in terms of resistance to wear, scratches, detergents, food, atmospheric agents, UV rays, and aging, making it ideal for industrial production, contract specifications, and retail projects requiring high durability.

The 100% water-based formulation, free of formaldehyde, with low VOC content, and characterized by extremely reduced emissions, helps to decrease environmental impact and energy consumption during application and drying, offering a sustainable solution without compromising finish quality.
