Despite its great importance as a peerless material, the complexity that stays behind a lacquering process has transformed the real Chinese lacquer into an exclusive working process carried on from oriental craftsmen, and nowadays probably also in China the reproduction of lacquers by following the original method will be pretty much impossible.
Thanks to the introduction of new technologies, the CRS Molteni Vernici has overcome the limitations of use of the purely vegetable product extracted from the trunk of rhus vernicifera, cultivated in China and Japan, realizing a water-based industrial product applicable by spraying and by brush.
Among the new series’ characteristics, apart the indisputable aesthetic impact, there is a great resistant against atmospheric agents, against usury of time, acids and against any type of solvent.
