Varnish Effect Mirrored Galvanic
NANOGALVANIC™ is the transparent and pigmented coating system developed by Molteni Vernici to protect and enhance noble and galvanized metal surfaces, preserving their original aesthetics without altering their brilliance, reflections, and depth. This advanced technology allows the visual quality of the galvanization to remain unaltered, while adding high protection with extremely reduced thicknesses.
Developed by Molteni Vernici's Research and Development Center, NANOGALVANIC™ is based on new-generation nanoceramic resins with direct adhesion, formulated for application on polished noble metals and galvanized surfaces without the use of primers or adhesion promoters. This unique technology allows the surface to be protected while maintaining a thickness of just a few microns, preserving the precision of geometries, the metal's brilliance, and the original aesthetic effect.
Available in both transparent and pigmented versions, NANOGALVANIC™ enhances a wide range of galvanic finishes, including Polished Gold, Matt Gold, Polished Nickel, Matt Nickel, Black Nickel, Black Chrome, Copper, Bronze, Brass, Stainless Steel, Electrocolors, anodized surfaces, and numerous other shades typical of industrial galvanization.
Designed for the world of interior and outdoor design, high-end furniture, luxury retail, hospitality, contract, marine, automotive, and architecture, NANOGALVANIC™ is ideal for boutiques, flagship stores, hotels, resorts, yachts, showrooms, contemporary villas, executive offices, and commercial spaces where the metal surface represents a distinctive element of the project. NANOGALVANIC™
The electroplating is a technique, used most of the time for the industrial production, which allows to cover up a non-precious metal with a thin layer of a more precious metal or a metal that can be passivated through the electrolytic deposition. This process is often used in order to protect metallic structures from the corrosion, but it can have also decorative purposes. However, this process is complicated because of the dimensions of the tanks or because of the nature of the treated material. For these reasons, thanks to its historical background, Molteni Vernici has developed an industrial cycle of painting able to obtain the same effects but starting from simple polished noble metals (AISI, AL), going beyond all mechanical limits and all costs of galvanic overs.
