Varnish Series Nanoceramic
MVNCF™ Nano Ceramic represents the evolution of high-performance technical finishes developed by Molteni Vernici. Thanks to the use of advanced ceramic nanotechnologies, this exclusive finish increases the surface resistance of materials without altering their nature, geometry, or structural characteristics, offering a new standard of protection for contemporary architecture and design.
Developed by the Molteni Vernici Research and Development Center, MVNCF™ Nano Ceramic is a 2K two-component finish that uses latest-generation ceramic nanoparticles to create a high-performance microfilm. Once applied, the coating significantly improves surface hardness, wear resistance, and durability of the substrate, without the need to replace the original material with more expensive or structurally different solutions.
Designed for the world of interior and outdoor design, high-end furniture, luxury retail, hospitality, contract, marine, automotive, and architecture, MVNCF™ Nano Ceramic finds application in boutiques, flagship stores, hotels, resorts, showrooms, contemporary villas, executive offices, and exclusive residences. It is ideal for doors, decorative panels, boiserie, reception desks, counters, custom furniture, tables, seating, lighting, window frames, coverings, and furnishing accessories intended for the most prestigious projects.
The technology MVNCF™ Nano Ceramic is available in matte pastel, extra-glossy, metallic, and pearlescent versions, offering architects and designers maximum design freedom without compromising the high performance of nanoceramic technology. Applicable with direct adhesion on metals, plastics, MDF, wood, and composite materials, MVNCF™ Nano Ceramic ensures high surface uniformity and also helps to mask small imperfections of the substrate, improving its final aesthetic quality.
MVNCF™ Nano Ceramic can be used both indoors and outdoors through specific application cycles. THE FINSHING
With an 6H ACTUAL HARDNESS (more resistant than a powder coating), Nanotech™ 6H presents a series of 2k two-component protective clear coats, with a direct adhesion on supports made on metal (iron, aluminum, brass, bronze, gold, silver, titanium, copper, zamak) and electrogalvanic overs (chrome, nickel, bronzed brass, nickel free, black nickel, satined nickel, satined chrome, galvanic gold, rhodium, burnishing in general), plastic polymers, MDF, wood and composites.
Thanks to the employment of ceramic nanoparticles, Nanotech™ 6H is highly resistant in salt haze and against scratch, usury, chemical substances, cleaning products, food, sweat, thermal shocks, moisture. MVNCF™ is able to create a microfilm which, once deposited, increases some quality of superficial hardness of the finishings without substituting the original material with something more qualified and resistant, allowing in this way an incredible increase of the support’s general characteristics.
Specific for indoor and outdoor employments through the application of specific painting cycles, all products belonging to the Nanotech™ 6H series are available in the following versions: matt pastel, extra-polished pastel, metallic and pearled.
