ALUMINIUM™ interprets the elegance of brushed aluminum through a bright, uniform, and contemporary metallic finish. Its refined opacity, combined with natural light reflection, gives surfaces an essential and sophisticated aesthetic, ideal for architecture, interior design, and high-quality industrial production.

Developed by the Molteni Vernici Research and Development Center, ALUMINIUM™ is a 1K single-component finish designed to replicate the look of brushed galvanic aluminum with high color stability and perfect production repeatability. Its unique formulation ensures a bright, non-yellowing surface with high aesthetic uniformity, making it ideal for serial production, contract specifications, and industrial applications where quality and consistency are fundamental requirements.

Designed for the world of interior design, high-end furniture, luxury retail, hospitality, contract, marine, and architecture, ALUMINIUM™ finds application in boutiques, flagship stores, hotels, showrooms, contemporary villas, executive offices, and exclusive residences. It is ideal for doors, decorative panels, boiserie, reception desks, counters, custom furniture, tables, lighting, profiles, handles, furnishing accessories, appliances, and architectural details where brushed metal is a distinctive element of the project.

This unique technology allows for an elegant and contemporary metallic finish, offering a valid aesthetic alternative to traditional galvanic surfaces, with greater ease of application, high visual quality, and optimized industrial costs. Applicable with direct adhesion on metals and alloys such as iron, zamak, aluminum, and brass, as well as on ABS, PA6, polyurethane, polycarbonate, and numerous technical polymers, ALUMINIUM™ can also be used on MDF, HDF, laminates, blockboard, and plywood using specific Molteni Vernici primers, ensuring aesthetic continuity between different materials.

Primarily intended for indoor applications, ALUMINIUM™ offers, through specific Molteni Vernici protective cycles, high performance in terms of resistance to scratches, wear, detergents, chemical agents, food, and aging, preserving the brightness and aesthetic quality of the surface over time.

Specific product for serial industrial projects, Aluminium™ can imitate the galvanic mat finishes, giving any support’s surface the aspect of the real mat electrochemical treatment.

WHY ALUMINIUM™ IS WHAT YOU NEED

The brightness of a surface treated with a protective film depends on the level of incidence and on the angle of reflection of the external light. Thanks to the employment of new hybrid resins and new particles of raw material, the Aluminium™ series covers the surface in an ordinate and parallel way, allowing at the same time a direct and proportional reflection of the incident light.

As a matter of fact, Aluminium™ compensates for the classical light diffraction of the traditional metal products, giving every surface a higher level of brightness.

*The resistance can vary in accordance with a series of parameters which do not depend on Molteni Vernici and for which we invite the client to test the applied sample, through its own applicative processes and its real productive conditions, by certified parties.

For outdoor employments, we advise thickness not less than 150 microns.

We advise the correct verticalisation of the processes and the employment of all the accessories indicated in the applicative data sheet for a correct use of the product.
